For guests who have placed their reservation directly through www.downtownloftoasis.com: Please note that we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Please let us know by email of any changes or cancellations to this reservation. Cancellations occurring prior to 48 hours before check-in are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Guests who email to cancel in the period between check-in and the 48 hour mark will be billed for their first two nights. Guests who are a "no show" and do not email to cancel before their scheduled arrival will be automatically billed for the entirety of their reservation. As a reminder, by earlier confirming this reservation, you have agreed to the above policies. For guests who have placed their reservation through a third party travel agency (Expedia, Hotels Dot Com, Booking Dot Com, Priceline, etc...): Please refer to the confirmation email you received from that travel agency for the cancellation policy that is relevant to your specific reservation as the above cancellation policy does not apply.
